1. Seller and scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of this website and to all purchases of digital products from:

By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell digital products only, such as printable activity kits, clipart and other creative resources. No physical items are shipped. Product descriptions and images show the content of each product. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and printer.

3. Purchase and contract

By completing the checkout and payment, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. The contract language is English.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. You will receive a receipt or invoice by email after your purchase.

5. Delivery

Your product is delivered digitally and immediately after payment, via a download page and/or an email containing your download link. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@dolcepixels.com.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Natalia Macari, Dolce Pixels, Bossestr. 6A, 10245 Berlin, Germany, hello@dolcepixels.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content:

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun delivering the content, provided that you have expressly agreed that we begin delivery before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent and acknowledgment during checkout. Because your files are made available immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires upon delivery.

7. Problems with your files

If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not open, please contact us at hello@dolcepixels.com. We will gladly replace the file or find another solution. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.

8. License and permitted use

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non transferable license to use it.

You may:

Print the files as often as you like for your own family, for private events, and for your own classroom or homeschool group.

You may not:

Resell, share, upload, distribute or give away the files or download links, in original or modified form.

Use the files in products for sale, unless the product description expressly includes a commercial license.

All rights to the designs and illustrations remain with Dolce Pixels.

9. Use of this website

All content on this website, including images, illustrations and texts, is protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without our written permission. We take care to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available without interruption.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.

11. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, services or legal requirements change. The version valid at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
