Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us with a clear statement (for example, an email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital products

All our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase.

Your right of withdrawal expires once we have started delivering the digital content, provided that:

1. you have expressly agreed that we begin delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and

2. you have confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

You give this consent at checkout. We will confirm it in your order confirmation email.
