How do I get my files?

Right after payment you receive an order confirmation email with a secure download link. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or write to hello@dolcepixels.com.

Do you ship anything?

No. All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Link and iDEAL. See Payment & Delivery for details.

Can I use your products commercially?

The license is included in the price, and each product states whether it is for personal use, commercial use or both. Commercial use means creating new products with our files. Reselling or sharing the files as purchased is not allowed. Please check the product page and read our License page before you buy.

What resolution are your clipart files?

Our clipart files are 300 DPI. Other products, such as printables and creator tools, have their own formats, which are listed on each product page.

Do I need Canva?

Some products include templates for Canva. To edit them you need a Canva account. A free Canva account is enough, Canva Pro is not required.

Can I get a refund?

Digital content is delivered immediately, so at checkout you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. If something is wrong with your files, write to hello@dolcepixels.com and we will help. Please read our Withdrawal Policy for details.

Do you charge VAT?

No. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT.
