Payment

All prices are in euros (EUR). You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Link or iDEAL. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments, powered by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

As a small business under § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery

All DolcePixels products are digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping costs.

Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive an order confirmation email with a secure download link to your files. Some products also include links to files on Dropbox or to templates on Canva. To edit a Canva template, you need a Canva account. A free Canva account is enough, Canva Pro is not required.

Cannot find your email? Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, write to hello@dolcepixels.com with your order number and we will help you.

Right of withdrawal

Because digital content is delivered immediately, you confirm at checkout that delivery begins right away and that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Please read our Withdrawal Policy for details.
